A FREEDOM of Information request has revealed that one councillor was sent a reminder for not paying their council tax.

The FOI revealed that a councillor was sent a reminder for having overdue payments during the 2015/16 tax year, with no further action taken against them.

Warrington Borough Council has refused to name the councillor in question and has declined to comment further on the matter.
