The Department for Education replied to one request 73 days late while it was being watched by the Information Commissioner.

When under FOI ‘special measures’ during the first four months of this year Michael Gove’s department, famed for their disregard for Freedom of Information, responded to 52 requests late.

From their response to a request (which has been sitting in my inbox for the last three weeks) it can be seen that three requests took over two months of the three month period to respond to.

Hardly the best practice when you have got one eye from the regulator watching you.
