One Coventry motorist has spent a staggering £5,490 on parking fines after being handed 131 parking tickets.

The unnamed driver – who has paid every penny of his fines – is one of Coventry’s most ticketed motorists after first being caught out in 2010.

Other drivers in the city have also been ticketed multiple times leaving them with huge bills.
