Online harassment in Gloucestershire from social networking sites like Facebook have rocketed according to reports.

Complaints to the county force have risen 69% in the last three years according to a Freedom of Information (FoI) request from the Daily Mirror.

Cases reported include instances where family feuds have blown up into online wars to disgruntled ex-partners posting explicit pictures of their exes – so-called revenge porn.
