Doctors and nurses complained more than 1,800 times about the shortage of trained staff in North Wales hospitals.

New figures reveal doctors and nurses have officially flagged up concerns over the “lack of suitable trained/skilled staff” 1,816 times since 2012 – the equivalent to 43 times every month.
