Britain’s most high risk sex offenders are routinely failing lie detector tests they are forced to take as part of their probation.

Some 219 of the 802 tests taken by dangerous offenders like paedophiles and rapists showed they were lying to probation workers.

Offenders cannot be recalled for simply failing a test – but are likely to be if they reveal information which suggests their licence has been breached.
