A hotline set up by Scotland Yard has fielded a staggering 16,532 phone calls in just 18 months.

It means police in London are dealing with a different terror-related concern 30 times a day.

Freedom of Information figures seen by the Daily Star Sunday also reveal 451 emergency 999 calls about terrorism in just five months last year.
