Police in Northern Ireland used guns on six animals in 2015.

Among the incidents were two dogs shot by police in Armagh in October after being tasked to destroy the dogs following a sheep attack, as well as an aggressive deer and dangerous stag in Antrim, that police were instructed to destroy by a vet.
