Thefts from military bases include computers, a karaoke rig and a senior officer’s tent, a Freedom of Information request has revealed.

Viagra is among an array of items that have been stolen from military bases.

A quantity of anti-smoking drug Champix was also taken from RAF Marham, Norfolk, according to figures released after a Freedom of Information request.

MPs have said they would be urgently raising the subject of military security with ministers following the thefts.

Mid Norfolk MP George Freeman said: ‘After the glorious homecoming of our troops to Dereham last week, it’s very sad to think that our soldiers are returning to confront criminality here at home.
